Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Everyone here at Proehlific Park would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! And hope that you all will enjoy spending time with family and friends over the course of this week. We all have so much to be thankful for and are all grateful for your support over this past year in coming out and participating in all of the many activities that we have around the Park on a weekly basis... without you all we could not continue to have the fun and activities that we do now! So, from everyone at Proehlific Park thanks to all of our members and guests that make it such a great place to enjoy!

This week our hours will be:

Wednesday, November 25 hours will be from 7:30-6 pm-- We will be providing all day childcare for our after school members and guests ($20)

Thursday, November 26 we will be closed

Friday, November 27 12:00-3 pm-- We will be open for members and guests (no child care provided)

Then on Saturday and Sunday we will resume our normal business hours! If you have any questions please call 665-5233

Adult Flag Football... It's Back!

Adult Flag Football is back at Proehlific Park this winter! Registration is running from now through November 16th... And you won't want to miss out on this years league. Fantasy Football is one thing, but playing on your own team- now that's the way the to go. So, get your friends together and make a team or you can sign up on your own, and come out ready to take down Ricky Proehl and his championship team from last season. Go ahead and dust off your shoes and start learning those pass routes.

So what are you waiting for? It's time to get signed up and be ready for a little tough competition, and lots of fun. Games will be on Tuesday's and Friday's at either 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 pm. Indoor Youth Soccer League

Basketball!!!!!

460. That's right over 460 kids have enrolled in out winter basketball league. That is twice the amount as last year. Why the huge growth in just one year? "Steve Shelton (Proehlific Park's Basketball Director) puts a strong emphasis on player development, good sportsmanship and fundamentals" says Ricky Proehl. "The kids are not only having a good time, they're learning the game from the ground up." Parents love the league as well being able to view their child's game from the mezzanine area and not being crammed together on the side of the court. Coach Steve Shelton organizes the entire league starting with player evaluations then a draft to ensure that no one team is dominate over other teams in the age group. Ricky Proehl is excited about the growth. "Bottom line is that the kids are having a great time learning to be better players and most importantly, learning good sportsmanship."

Jack Medina

He has served as a strength/ conditioning coach for many NFL and NBA teams and also developed 19 All American Gymnasts & 3 National Event Champions including USA's Cathy Rigby.

Jack has been lecturing throughout the world for more than 25 years, inspiring thousands of people to take charge of their lives. He is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine, The National Strength & Conditioning Association & A Certified Fitness Specialist by the prestigious Cooper Center in Dallas, TX. His latest book "The Winning Edge: Fueling and Training the Body for Peak Performance" will be available along with other materials.

Date Night Drop-off

Parents, do you NEED a night out?

Let us entertain your kids for a few hours so you can enjoy a night out ALONE without:

• having to worry about finding a babysitter.
• fussy kids at the table complaining they don't like the food.

Drop off is at 6:30 and pick-up is no later than 9:30. Ages 6 and up are welcome.

IF REGISTERED BY SEPTEMBER 23rd, members pay $20 and non-members pay $25. AT THE DOOR, $30 ($5.00 off any additional child).

Pizza and Drinks will be provided and additional snack will be sold separately.
